• PIZZA STONE CLEANING – In most instances, the pizza stone cleans up with a damp cloth. For more thorough cleaning, give it a good scrub with a brush. Dish soap is not recommended. Over time, it is completely normal for the pizza stone to discolor from use. It is unavoidable and doesn’t affect performance.
